with creation or entrepreneur, which is what body awareness project part two is. It's for

adrenals, for cortisol dysfunction in the gym, for shift workers, for entrepreneurs, for everybody.

And, you know, as much as I love that you can take pieces of that in podcasting is actually

one of my ways that I try to zen out. And, you know, there's still something to be said.

something they need to work on or want to work on if they have acne or any sort of skin issue.

one is Lauren. Lauren Kiertsin. She's incredible. She was a group leader at my NTA training,

empowered sustenance. And she is just a gem of a human. She's also a poet. And that's really

the piece of like emotional healing and the journey that you are on when you are kind of just
