In 2001 we was away on a desert exercise and then we were as everyone else we finished our day's training

and we put on the telli had a brute we watched the twin towers getting dropped you know

and all of a sudden the ship hits the proverbial fan and and there we are you know we're in the middle of a war on terror. Matt Helio has lived a definition of eventful life as a paratroopy toured in Northern

Island in the heights of the troubles before going through SAS selection and eventually

find himself in the heart of the war on terror.

He's been in the SAS for 16 years, been on so many tours, hunting Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, and facing the IRA.

He now has his own private security company where he looks after high profile clients and we cover it all.
