0:13.2	We've talked a little bit over time about how we like to be intentional with our kids,

0:26.5	As a request that came from you, the audience, we were asked specifically about setting
0:32.2	intentions with kids. And with school coming back into session in real time, I thought I would do
0:38.9	something that in some ways was awesome. And in other ways, see the NOAA interview was a total
0:46.2	disaster. I interviewed my kids. I interviewed my kids about their approaching a new season of school,
0:54.1	how they were being intentional about setting the kind of person they were hoping to walk into
1:01.2	the school year as. And I'm hopeful that if you are thinking about or wondering how do I try and
1:08.3	have a conversation with a small human or even if you don't have kids, how do I think about
1:13.4	setting an intention as a person wanting to have a more exceptional relationship with my partner?
1:19.8	Maybe there are some tips in this interview, this conversation. There's a little bit of
1:24.5	interplay between all of the kids, even the one who declined to be interviewed for the podcast,
1:30.1	but I hope you will have some fun with. So you're going to hear from NOAA, you're going to hear
1:34.8	from Ford, you're going to hear from Sawyer, and you're going to hear Jackson the Middle School
1:38.4	are declining to be interviewed on topics like controlling emotions, being a good ally,
