Do you get that sense? Kim Davis herself had no actual argument that a court was going to hear. And then they changed her argument to say, this isn't about Kim Davis. We want to overturn O'Bergafel and make gay marriage, same-sex marriage, not even a nationwide thing. So they were stretching it. And the court said, we're not listening to this one. Okay. Which means not only does Kim Davis lose, same-sex marriage is safe for now. |
