I mention and refer to it often in different ways as I do business coaching and as I guide people on how to start a business. I think it's a seminal must read on how to do that. It's one of the most influential books ever written about building a modern business. His new book,

Incorruptible, which we're going to focus on today, tackles, I think, that next challenge that

founders face, which is how to grow a company without losing

the mission, the values, and trust that made it successful in the first place.
