So recently I hosted my connecting with your sole purpose retreat, which was amazing.

And obviously I had all of the beverages there, which meant like 20 boxes of element.

And we went through those boxes very quickly and the ladies there were

saying that I should make my own little guide as to how I use element. You guys know I'm obsessed

with these electrolytes. Most electrolytes are filled with crap ingredients to be honest. These are the

cleanest electrolytes out there. No sugar, no coloring,

no artificial ingredients, no gluten, no fillers, none of that extra stuff. And you know, I used to think

that electrolytes were really just for athletes and they're not. If you are on a whole foods based

diet at all, especially if you're low carb, but even when I'm not lower carb or keto, I still need a lot more
