that's exactly right. I feel the same way. And I think aesthetics is a, it's a beautiful industry

to get into as a woman. What do you think are the hard parts about it that

have made our, you know, journey difficult? Oh, my gosh. I mean, being a woman alone is challenging,

I think. You know, we have the stereotypical roles of the household. We are the bearer of children.

We have hormones that fluctuate erratically every month.

And then we have a job. And the job in aesthetics is so fun and exhilarating yet also so demanding.

And I think the culture is now that people have to do better, to scale, to be a KOL injector, to be a podium

speaker, to manage the household, all of those things. So I think balance is really tough for women

right now in the field of aesthetics. And I appreciate people talking about this more, about the
