a decade of experience and a massive online following. I told some of my friends that I had Jen Hamilton

coming on and they freaked out. She's that popular. And her whole goal is to pull back the

curtain on what really happens in the delivery room. She has a new book out now called

Birth Vives. And it's all about ditching the perfect birth plan and learning how to actually

advocate for yourself when things

maybe don't go the way that you expected. And so we're going to talk about a lot of that.
