Who ever knew that I was going to have to have that kind of a title?

But here we are, right?

Sometimes we don't know it's coming up. But one of the things I do know

is that when things come up we are able to handle them. One of the things that

happens very often is that we, with our anxious mind, are trying

to handle things that are not real. We're trying to grapple with the imagination and that is impossible. We can't

come up with a solution to things that may or may not happen in the future. Of course we do everything we can, right? We do what is set forth by the experts as ways to take care of ourselves in the moment and what

to do so that we stay healthy and wise for the coming days.

But we can't cover every single scenario that the mind comes up with.

And as soon as you do, if you were really going down that path with your mind and your

imagination and trying to figure out what you would do for every thing that it is

coming up with, as soon as you come up with a solution it will twist it it will

turn it it will make it even scarier and it will make it something that you can't figure it out now.

Now you have more to think about.

Just know that you are doing the best you can
