and Sunday it was the inaugural Four Nations Championships in England, Ireland, Scotland,

and Wales, the very best amateurs in the y'all of the UK. Congregated then Liverpool at the

Fit Expo for three days for a multi-nations tournament, which was absolutely unreal. I've got to

be honest. I know I'm sitting here with me. Emma T-Shirt on as a proud board member of the English
