Summary

Today I sit down in the box office of one of the greatest Rock n Roll venues in America the Cow Palace located in San Francisco.

I recently was up in the Bay Area doing some Stand Up Comedy and Andrew Shreve reached out and said he works at the Cow Palace and asked if I would like to come take a tour and maybe do a podcast in the venue. I screamed YES YES YES and headed over to the venue for a full on tour of the very building that gave me all my Rock n Roll memories.

I know the building inside and out but to be able to sit down and hear the History from Andrew and Jeff Ewald was next level.

Everyone has that classic memory of some great concert they went to but take a second and think about the venue. So many of these classic venues are gone now unfortunately. The stories the Cow Palace walls could tell would be insane.

Jeff and I sat down in the legendary Box Office of the Cow Palace surrounded by a who's who of Autographs on the walls and dove into the history of this incredible Venue.

This was a dream come true and they even had my name on the Marque.

0:06.8	Fresh back from 17 or 18 shows in New York.
0:13.0	What a great week I had.
0:14.6	It was great to get back to New York after two years of not being there.
0:20.2	And being such a big part of my life right up until the lockdown.

0:27.2	It almost kind of seemed like, I don't know, it just seemed like that didn't happen.
0:34.9	The putting in the grind, the years in there and then getting past at the cellar and
0:41.0	getting an apartment out there and being by coastal and having all these great friends
0:46.7	and all said, it was just gone.
0:50.5	And it seemed like years and years ago until I just stepped on to the subway platform and
0:59.2	rode the A train down to West 4th and rolled into the cellar and then walked up to the
1:05.9	stand and just started doing my week of shows.
1:09.2	It was pretty damn unreal.
1:10.9	I got to see a lot of great people.
1:13.2	I got to see the great Dave and one of my favorites when I was starting out comedy.
1:19.3	I got to talk to that guy all the time on the comedy store patio, twist in his ear,
1:25.2	like how do you do that?
1:26.8	How do you write the jokes?
1:29.8	And of course one of my great mentors Keith Robinson and everybody at the stand in the
1:39.3	cellar.
1:41.0	And most of all I want to give a shout out to Kate and Eric McFadden who let me crash
