He's done over 800 real estate deals.

He's built over 300 homes.

is how basically anybody with the right training can buy their first piece of

land, small piece of land, get a contractor to come build a house and

flip it in between four and 12 months

for over a hundred thousand dollars and here's the kicker

while you have another job.

You can do this, it doesn't even take 10 hours a week.

Part time.

And once you get good at it, you should all... doesn't even take 10 hours a week. Part time.
