anxiety down with a stay-at-home order. I don't know about you guys, but I think

by the time you hear this, most is going to be at least 90% of the United States is in a stay-at-home order and I know there are many

of you listening from all over the globe so perhaps you are experiencing the same thing, where you have been given the stay-at-home

order. Okay, so you have to stay at home except for the essentials. And so now what?

That can mean really challenging changes

in your life depending on where you live

and what your lifestyle was before all of this came down.

So if you are in a city, it's different than if you are living out in the country or I'm on a small island and up the

mountain I'm not even in town so it's different for me even then from people who

are in town and it's different depending on where you are and you know your work situation again

it was different for me I work at home I've worked at home for a long long time and so you

know I'm curtailed in other ways, social ways, but not in my work and it doesn't feel as different for me as it may for those of you who are going

out to work every day going to office, traveling for work, you know, going to lunches and coffees as part of

your work in social life.
