Hey everyone, welcome to the Bruce Lee Podcast. My guest for this week's episode is Sam Yo.

Who is Sam Yo, you ask? Well besides being someone with a super cool name,

he has graced the stages of the West End and

starred in film and TV alongside such names as Tom Hiddleston and

collaborated with the Bachowski's. His journey led him back to his Thai Chinese roots

where he ultimately became ordained as a monk in Thailand. The monastery

instilled simplicity, fostered empathy, as well as personal wealth beyond materialism for Sam.

When he returned to London, his path of finding the mind-body connection led him to become a Peloton instructor.

Sam will be publishing his debut book in 2025, chronicling his journey in discovering the mind-body connection through the path of the monk's mindset.
