started to partner up buying land. We just closed our first deal in Texas. And so I was like, let's let's let's world hear what you're doing because a lot of people have been fascinated by this land arbitrage concept.

So, where are you from originally? I'm from Michigan. From

Michigan. I've been in Texas for the last 11 years. I think a second home.

So you're 29 years old. Yes. And you're already have more than 10 million in real

estate deals that you've done. Yeah I'd call it about 10 million.

10 mil. You've got positive cash flow from the deals. Have any of the deals?

Have everyone been profitable so far? Everyone has been profitable. There's been like I think two

times when I first started off I bought a piece of land where it was like bad title or something wrong but right but you got to fix now yeah

How many deals have you done total? Over 500 last recent count was about 5 25-ish?

Yeah.
