We've got a great group of people right here right now. And we try to talk for a little bit

in the beginning. We do the live podcast episode. And then we go into the finishing of it to then

But this is my 600th episode of doing a podcast,

which is kind of surreal because 600 episodes I would probably equate to around 1,200 hours.

Because like the preparation, probably more than that, but preparation, then editing, producing, getting it out there.

So don't they say 1,200 hours is like to become an expert? Is it 1200 or more? I'm not sure,

but even still, 1200 hours at least into creating this and I hope that you've got value from it so

far. We've been doing this for years. We've over 10 million downloads and that's just increasing.

We're getting up to like 150,000 downloads per month. And I just really hope you're getting

value from my wife, but I do try to get out there. We're being very consistent on going live at three times a week.
