Welcome back to Ghost of a Podcast. This week, we are looking at the astrology of February 8th through

0:21.5

the 14th of 2026. But this is episode number 600. This is the 600th episode that I have created and

0:34.4

published. And we've been doing this once a week or twice a week for years and years

0:40.0

and years now. And I just wanted to take a moment to speak to something that is kind of core

0:48.1

to my work. I'm an astrologer. And I really, really, really care about astrology, the integrity

0:54.0

of astrology, the use and practice of astrology. I love astrology.

0:58.6

Astrology is, of course, my life's work, but it's also kind of not the point for me.

1:06.7

The reason why I was drawn to astrology, other than like it's amazing and fascinating and all the things,

1:48.9

the 600th episode of Ghost of a Podcast, just take a moment to remind you that understanding

1:57.8

the transits of what's coming, you know, today, this month, this year,

2:03.3

this decade, whatever it is that we're looking at. That is helpful and it's interesting. And

2:10.4

it's also not the same as doing the work. Right. In order to do the work, you've got to take what's interesting

2:20.5

and use your editorial mind to try to kind of assess out what is useful and what's a distraction.

2:30.7

What's useful, but maybe not useful right now. And when it comes to doing the work, astrology can be really helpful, it can be instructive,

2:39.0

it can provide a container or a sense of a timeline, but it's not the same thing as follow-through,

2:46.0

right?

2:47.0

That follow-through is on you.

2:49.0

And the longer that I practice and use astrology, the more that I

2:52.6

really have come to believe that it is emotional intelligence. It is emotional accountability.
