Today we're going to dive into a list that I did on the feed and I could do go in deeper

with you.

This is one of my favorite things I get to do on the podcast because I will have times

to do.

I'm creating these graphics in there and this like one by one square and I get to get

my thoughts out in like a very short sentence but there is so much more to say and getting

to expand on them in the podcast really gives me opportunity to give you all of the thought

behind what I was making.

So this list is called Try This and I just sat down at my desk this morning and thought

to myself if I could encourage each in a gram type to start implementing something

into their life this week, what would it be?

And I just went through each number and picked the very first thing that really came to

my mind.

So I'm going to read each of the numbers to you, read out the thing that I want you to

try and then tell you what my thoughts are behind that and how it works.

So type one, I put experimentation versus self-discipline, here's the thing, ones are amazing

at discipline, right?

Like you guys know how to do what you want to do and if you're one and you're saying,

I got so good at discipline, I have a hunch that maybe your standard for being self-discipline

is a little bit higher than mine.

So that I would still say that you're very disciplined.
