I've been successful in my career. I've been successful in my friendships relationships. I've had balance in

almost every aspect of my life, but I've still just felt so

I don't know lost and I had an epiphany and that epiphany was that I miss

getting involved in the community in

Different ways like I love what I do in social media

I have a podcast where I talk about mental health and I know that I'm able to reach so many people and help so many people

Just understand that they're not alone and understand the things they feel and how to get through them and how to get better, but

All that being said

It's not as fulfilling as going out in the community and doing things hands-on
