We're joined today by Joe McAulip. Joe first centered the real estate world as a property manager, later becoming a leasing agent for luxury apartments and then district manager

for Nicholson Realty. His ability to manage over $193 million

in real estate investment trusts came in handy later when he spent seven years as an executive

pastor overseeing financials, operations, facilities, and church staff. Always wanting to be an agent,

he finally got his license in June 2014.

After a slow start as a part-time agent, only closing two deals in the first seven months

of 2015, he joined coaching in August.

Within 60 days, he quit his full-time job and is on track to close 50 deals in his first full year of

real estate. When he's not selling real estate, Joe likes to sing and play the guitar. He enjoys

camping and hiking, as well as on the water with his paddleboard and kayak. Living in Texas,

he's a diehard fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and the Texas Rangers.

Of course, I'm a married-in Texan.

You know, we moved here, whereas you're a Texan-Texan.
