Welcome to another episode of the podcast today. Um, how's life? I hope everything's good.

And I have to tell you guys, confession time. So I launched a new website and it's really cute, but it's still not totally working exactly the way it should.

So I got a review from Little Earth Girl and she wrote, I love this podcast advice and it truly empowers me.

I couldn't access the 30-day challenge confidence.

Confidence challenge. Um, confidence challenge.

Any troubleshooting tips. So in the process of getting that back up for you guys, I'm really sorry about that. Just transitioning to a new website, but I'll get those emailed out soon.

So today we're talking about challenges.

Has anyone been feeling challenge lately?

I know like just from coaching, some teens are in a place of like everything's really easy and things feel good and it's not too hard and um school honestly is boring because it's online

and the semester is like kind of a joke to like people saying that things are really hard and they're

tired of being at home and they don't want to spend so much time with their siblings

and their parents, all of that.

So I realize everyone has different levels of feeling challenged right now.

But I wanted to talk about it today.

And I know that challenges something we all don't want, right?

A lot of us would like life to just be easy and to hit

that place where we've arrived and challenges aren't so bad and i think a lot of times that's why

we're always hoping for that next thing for graduating for driving for college for marriage
