technical support to a woman who'd lost her domain name and wanted it back. Alex is out

this week and so I'm stepping up to provide super technical support. So this starts very

simply with an email from a guy named Matt Kym who lives in Brooklyn. Matt wrote to say

that all he wanted was to sign up for high-speed internet in New York City. He wanted the

service called Fios, which is just internet over fiber optic cables. It's supposed to be

insanely fast for Ryzen Cellset and so he called Ryzen.

I had checked Ryzen to see if I could get the service at my new apartment and I think

they don't say no, but they do get back to you. Fast forward a little while, I get something
