I'm good. It's so funny because I often for many years have started podcast by asking the person how they are.

Yeah. Or at least having some sort of banter. But I'm not used to recording them like eight back to back to back over a few days yeah so I feel like I'm being

redundant to you now but not to the audience not at all but then it's just being done for that

banter and it's not really being done for substance they go that's the that's the kind of

ironic part it's not real. It's not real.

Because I know how you are. You were the same the last time I asked you a few hours ago.
