So this week we had women's equality day. And in a way, 2024 is really the year of the woman.

I mean, women are in positions that in greater numbers than they have been in years, both when it comes to representation in Congress, for example, and in major corporations.

And there is a woman on the presidential ballot this year.

But there is still a lot of work to be done.

Women earn 84 cents to the dollar of men in America.

And black women, Latino women, indigenous women make far, far less than that.

Still. And we're in the middle of a political cycle where the discussions about a woman's role

in society are revolving around whether or not she has or can give birth.

That's where we are in the year of our Beyonce 2024.

So how do we fix this?
