Summary

Bradley Yohn wasn’t just fighting for his freedom—he was determined to turn the courtroom into his own personal spectacle. As he fired his attorneys, hurled accusations, and pulled outrageous stunts, the trial process spiraled into a maddening, years-long delay. Meanwhile, Tina’s grieving family sat helplessly, forced to endure his shameless antics. 1:36.7	In December of 2021, 77-year-old Tina Lohman died from heart failure.
1:42.7	Her death came just one month after she was attacked and raped in her home by Brad Yon and his accomplice Karen Blackledge.
1:46.1	Before the attack, Tina didn't have any heart problems, and for a woman her age, she was in
1:51.5	pretty good health. For Tina's family, and pretty much everyone else, there was little doubt
1:57.5	that the attack caused Tina to die before her time.
2:02.3	In other words, Bradley Yon and Karen Blackledge murdered Tina Lohman.
2:08.4	Even so, prosecutors Josh Jones and Laura Keck decided that they were not going to charge Bradley or Karen with murder.
2:16.3	And they had to explain that decision to Tina's family.
