Summary

Tina Lohman survived the unimaginable—but just weeks later, she was gone. As her family mourned, prosecutors faced an uphill battle: without Tina’s testimony, could they still convict her attackers? Meanwhile, shocking revelations emerge—one of the suspects should never have been free in the first place. A catastrophic clerical error set a dangerous predator loose, leading to the horror that ended Tina’s life. And in a devastating blow, prosecutors reveal that despite everything, murder charges would never be filed. Was justice slipping away?
