around us is progressing and changing fast. AI, big data, robots, and other technologies are only accelerating the pace.

All of this should make you worried about your ongoing relevance, about being rendered obsolete,

about being replaced and left behind. If you have those fears, they're valid,

you should be concerned. As the former CEO of Intel Andy Grove famously said, only the paranoid survived.

There are a half dozen ways to know if you are replaceable.
