nutrition research. A little bit of psychology in here as well, but research studies that have

been coming out as of recently, or at least reviewed recently and kind of been on my

fitness and nutrition. So I'm going to cover four specific studies and I'm really just going to

break down what the study showed in layman terms being simple, right? Really, really simple

terms of trying to break this down in as simple of a way as possible. So you can benefit from the

give you my opinions, give you my thoughts, give you what my anecdotal experience of coaching

people one-on-one for the last 13 plus years has taught me with regards to what the study is saying.

And so the four studies I'm going to be covering in this podcast are going to be exercise variety for hypertrophy.
