Both presidential candidates are ending their week in Milwaukee today, with four days to go until

Election Day. And on her way to Wisconsin, Vice President Kamala Harris slammed former

President Donald Trump for his violent rhetoric against political opponents.

Anyone who wants to be president of the United States who uses that kind of violent rhetoric is clearly disqualified and unqualified to be president.

While campaigning in Arizona last night, Trump called former congresswoman Liz Cheney a quote,

Warhawk that should be fired upon. Cheney responded on the social media platform X, saying,

quote, this is how dictators destroy free nations. But with the razor-thin presidential race,

CNN's Betsy Klein breaks down the plan post-election day. Ifoma, if there is no clear winner of the presidential election by late next week,

both Vice President Harris and former President Trump's teams will start receiving regular

briefings from the Biden administration.

That's because of recent changes to the Presidential Transition Act,

a bill detailing protocols for the period between an election and an inauguration.

After Joe Biden won, the Trump administration blocked Biden's team from learning key government

information. The newly updated bill now says that if the outcome is still unknown after five

days and neither candidate concedes, both can participate in transition activities. And with a razor-thin

race, it could be a while.
