I don't think you have to do things for money anymore. Correct. What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius. And we are not en route to the nine-game winning streak that I wish we had. But six out of seven, Lakers split a pair of games this weekend. On Friday night, I thought Indiana played a great game.

Talk about a team that had a punch waiting for the Lakers.

I could almost picture Rick Carlisle giving everybody crap about giving up 150 points to a team.

And they came out with a point on the defensive end.

So they went from giving up a season high to the

Lakers of 150 to the Lakers season low on the season of 90 points on Friday. Lakers shoot very

poorly from three. I thought they competed. It was a game that they slowly lost the rope

until they lost it all together. But,

Dee, let's start there because we'll focus more on the Brooklyn game, where they came out

17-0-0 to start that game, just incredible on the defensive end. Brooklyn did not score

until more than halfway through the quarter. Then they kind of held serve for the rest of the game.

That's the brief version anyway, Dee.
