I'm Levy Dalton and this is all drink to that where we get behind the scenes of the wine business. Oh, So we're here today with Nicholas Blazzi and Presario of Koneck and limited released spirits in general someone who's kind of pioneered a look at some more

right now with your company? Well you know it's a fairly young company

story about three and a half years ago.

The goal is basically to bring in craft spirits

and artists and stuff, like the stuff that small guys make, whatever small family do in France here in the US and

Italy and Spain, wherever there's people who care and will make things the way they're supposed to be done,

don't cut corners, don't do additive or things like that, things or representative of a place of a terroir in a way.

If I like it, if I would drink it, then I will bring it here and try to sell it.

So how did you get started? Well the wine, the wine spirit sing, I was born in a winemaking family in

bordeaux.

Oh, okay.

It's sort of what's what sparked the interest towards

alcoholic beverages.

And then, and then I got into cognac as my first spirits, that's my first love in a way.

Sure and the cognac region is really not that far away from the Porto region.
