But the first question that I want to ask you is, did the first six months go the way that you thought they would? If the answer is

no, just know that you're not alone and you're also not stuck. I know for a lot of us when January

starts, we set all these big goals and big intentions. And if you are not where you thought

you would be, maybe you started the year off really strong

and then you lost momentum, just know that it is okay. This episode is really about pivoting your

structure. You just essentially have a wish. You are wanting to lose weight. I want to lose weight this
