I am actually going to tell you a case today.

And I actually have a couple disclaimers to give you before we jump in.

When we started this whole podcast, we knew that we'd be encountering things that we haven't encountered before.

And this one is one that I think speaks to both Amy and I pretty strongly.

And there are going to be cases we talk about.

And it just so happens that tonight is one of those cases where the victim may have made some decisions that listeners, the general we, don't agree with.

That being said, there is no victim blaming.

It is never going to be a victim's fault.

The best thing I can correlate it to is you've all seen movies where they say, you know,

like people in higher risk situations are higher risk for a crime.
