Summary

A huge percentage of the population is deficient in vitamin B12. So today, we’re going to talk about what causes a vitamin B12 deficiency.

A person deficient in vitamin B12 could experience irreversible damage, primarily to their nervous system and brain. A vitamin B12 deficiency could also lead to heart damage, anemia, depression, and other health issues.

Vitamin B12 is in red meat and isn’t present in plants. A well-known cause of vitamin B12 deficiency is a lack of animal products in the diet. If someone is vegetarian or vegan, they need to take a natural vitamin B12 supplement.

Causes of vitamin B12 deficiency many people are unaware of:

Remedies:

• Broccoli sprouts or broccoli microgreens

2. Metformin

And this is really important because if someone's deficient B12, they can develop permanent damage

into the nervous system, into the brain. They can have anemia. They can have a raised level

0:18.2

of homocysteine, which is really bad for the heart. And they can actually be depressed and have all

0:23.7

these medications and treatments for years, yet nothing even touches it because no one

0:29.7

addressed the B12 connection. Various problems can happen with your eyes on many different levels

0:35.8

because you have the retina, which is all nerve tissue. And B12 is needed for anything neurological.

A person can develop anemia because of the importance of B12 in your red blood cell and even problems

within the DNA. The B12 is very, very important and a huge percentage of the population in the

0:54.9

world is deficient B12. And many times they have a subclinical B12 deficiency and they don't even

1:01.5

know it. It's important to know all the causes that go beyond just lacking in B12 in the diet

1:06.8

because you don't consume animal products. All right, so let's just jump right in. The first one

is an H-pilory infection. I've read reports and I had a hard time believing this, but 50%

1:20.3

of the population has an H-pilory infection. I don't know if I would agree with that, but I will

1:25.2

say that it's a very, very high percentage, but roughly 80% of the population has H-pilory in

1:33.0

their body, whether it's coming out of remission or not, is really depending on the environment

1:39.0

of your body. But H-pilory normally in our bodies doesn't create a problem, okay? It lives with

1:45.0

our body. It cooperates. It's a good relationship. But when things change environmentally,

1:51.2

it can become very, very nasty. And it's the underlying cause behind ulcers and gastritis

1:57.9

and atrophy of the stomach. It can produce gourd symptoms and so on and so on.

2:03.9

Unfortunately, the treatments for it involved multiple antibiotics and acids like PPI's.

2:11.2

And unfortunately, there's a lot of non-compliance when people do this simply because they can't
