Former President Donald Trump is set to show up in court today, as his lawyers argue he has

absolute immunity from prosecution in his election interview. as his and Commander-in-in-Chief to immunity. It comes at a critical time for his campaign,

just days ahead of the Iowa Caucasus.

And if he succeeds, the ruling from the US Court of Appeals in DC

would place him and anyone else elected president above the law.

As this high stakes case unfolds, President Joe Biden has been casting the 2024 election

as a battle for the truth. The truth is under assault in America.

Once again, there's some in this country trying, trying to turn a loss into a lie.

A lie, which if allowed to live, will once again bring terrible damage to this country. This time the lie is about the

2020 election. In Gaza one in every hundred people has been killed since the war

erupted between Hamas and Israel on October 7th.

That's according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, which says more than 22,800 people have
