Operating rooms are completely out of service at Gaza's largest hospital, where staff,

patients and thousands of people sheltering are trapped inside from heavy fighting.

That's how the situation at Al-Shifa Hospital is being described by aid agencies and health officials

as hospitals across Gaza are running out of electricity and supplies

during the ongoing bombardment of the territory. The director at Al-Shifa

says premature babies are being wrapped in foil and placed next to hot water in a desperate

bid to keep them alive.

But Israel's Prime Minister says he thinks the patients should simply leave the hospital.

There's no reason why we just can't take the patients out of there

instead of letting Hamas use it as a command center for terrorism,

even though Hamas has tried to prevent the civilians from leaving.

Speaking to CNN's Danabash on Sunday,

Benjamin Netanyahu accused Hamas of using the hospital

and civilians as human shields.

But he refused to answer whether he would take responsibility for failing

to prevent the October 7th attack.
