Hello from CNN, I'm Joe Beck, with the five things you need to know for Wednesday, June 26th.

We're just one day away from the first presidential election debate on CNN.

It will be one for the history books, as Joe Biden and Donald Trump

become the first president and former president to go head to head.

But how interested will voters be when they take the stage in Georgia

tomorrow night? CNN's David Rind has been in Atlanta, taking the temperature of the locals.

Yeah, Joe, so we spoke to a few people playing pickup volleyball and soccer right outside the football stadium here.

And honestly, most of them were not planning on watching the debate.

Team USA Men's soccer has a big match against Panama that night.

Will you be watching?

Probably not, no.

One guy we spoke to was named Bradley.

He's a political science PhD student at Emory University, but even he didn't seem interested.

I don't think anything new was going to come up, right?

Like are they going to announce a brand new policy position in the debate?

Or is it a chance for their speech writers to really practice their one-liners.

Just like the debate itself, it seems like election fatigue is setting in earlier than ever.
