The six people missing after the collapse of Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge are now presumed

dead, with the rescue mission changing into a recovery one.

CNN's Danny Freeman spoke with some of the families of the victims earlier.

They were incredibly distressed, incredibly upset, but at the time they were still hoping for

good news.

Of course, you can imagine that this news, that this has turned into a recovery effort, incredibly

devastating.

The Maryland governor actually told
