0:56.3	Grateful to be here with you today. I know the last episode was about three deaths that happened in less than three months in my life.
1:04.0	And I took the last several weeks off just to rest and reflect and grieve and also show gratitude
1:10.1	for who each of these people were in my life and I'm so happy to say that a lot of good

Again a lot of reflection and a lot of thinking about who I want to be in the world and how I want to continue to show up and maybe some of the things that I would like to shift because none of us know when that time is coming but I do want to make sure that I am

1:51.3	voice memos I am incredibly grateful to serve such a beautiful community.

2:15.4	celebrations of life for women in particular who lived abundantly and lived fully and loved
2:22.0	fully I wanted to make sure that I didn't just keep it moving
2:26.0	business as usual and skip to another theme. I actually want to stay in the
2:31.3	abundance is yours mindset and actually I kind of shifted it a little bit
2:36.4	so that we could talk about abundance being a mindset and also talk about surrender, which I think is really important in this season.
