Florida State got nothing out of Mendez who had nothing on this night and it's a tough one I

really wish the best for the kid moving forward because he's going to be a big party of rotation

next year but man that's a tough one to shake off.

Yeah, that's in the history of big games in the postseason.

I'm trying to think of somebody who got off to as bad a start.

You know, seven runs in the first will hurt your feelings, to say the least.

So frustrating.

Talked a little bit about what that roster will look like

and some efforts to fill in the missing pieces

as guys go on and pursue their professional career.

You know, the last two years, a lot of really good players,

a lot of really good play, and results have been good.

But alas, Florida State, 42 and 16 this season, Tommy.

42 and 16, good year.

Good year.

Replaced a lot of upper echelon talent, offensive firepower,

found a way to put together a very good offense this year.

Not enough pitching out of the bullpen.
