Exercise Day. I know, June 6th. We appreciate the body building activity that is gardening by picking up our

trowels and toiling in our gardens. Not only is it so satisfying to grow your own

flower or herbs from from like seed to sprout to a full-grown plant but it's also

great exercise any gardener will tell you squatting leaning over bending over

it's good for your glutes good for the quads

yeah that was the right muscle groups

to be in surprisingly good shape because of your gardening

I know you're on an e-bikes.

At least you're out, you're doing stuff, you're moving, but the gardening thing as well, like you, you sell yourself yourself as a puke and you do a good job
