0:22.1	It's really important to understand that all of these folks in the current American right
0:26.0	wing who insists that America is embroiled in a culture war around which apparently the
0:33.4	survival of the country depends, which I don't believe for a second.
0:37.5	One of the things that they will rarely, if ever admit is that the war is extraordinarily
0:43.8	one sided in the sense that it is the retrograde right wing that has chosen to fight these
0:50.6	battles and it has been the left having no choice but to react and say, Hey, the things
0:57.2	you're asking for don't make sense.
0:59.3	The battles you're choosing to fight are battles that we now have to get involved in
1:04.1	not because we want to, but because you are trying to discriminate and under the law create
1:10.4	multiple tiers of people and so on and so forth.
1:13.9	But they are suffering defeat after defeat.
1:18.0	I told you earlier this week that the Tennessee anti drag bill has been blocked.
1:23.3	It does appear to violate the first amendment.
1:26.3	We talked about a new gallop study that finds that support for gay marriage is as high as
1:32.7	ever in the United States.
1:35.2	The Utah book ban has backfired and actually led to the Bible being banned and even the
1:42.2	book of Mormon is now being looked at to say, Hey, wait a second.
1:47.0	If we're banning sexual and violent content, don't these books also have to be banned.
1:53.6	So it has been failure after failure after failure.
1:57.4	And we now have yet another defeat.
