Florida State sucks over the weekend.

That was fairly predictable.

And they are once again bounced early in the process.

It's getting to be standard operating procedure that Florida State baseball is something other than a host for a regional and certainly someone

who isn't winning them.

So that is what would lead, obviously, to much consternation.

That is true of a program that prides itself on the standard, the standard being that you get to Omaha and that you find a way, obviously, to make a run,

to give yourself the best opportunity to capture that very elusive, ever-elusive national championship.

And while that always looms large over this baseball program, The other thing about this baseball program over the entirety of my career in media

and basically going all the way back to when I went to school here,

the other thing about this program was that you could rely on it.
