I'm going to start with a couple of events in our own family.

On the 1st of January, I was able to zoom in and join our St. Louis family, our daughter, Faith,

and her wonderful husband, Spencer Cottrell, and it was on the occasion

of the ordination of their son, Chris, to the erotic priesthood and the office of Deacon.

And it was amazing to be able to participate in that. Travel is still beyond me, but technology can be a real blessing. His other grandparents were also there, and it was really great to be able to join in that way. We were invited as grandparents to say something if we wanted to, and I hadn't planned on anything, but this is what I ended up saying.

And I just wanted to share it because it's been on my mind a lot.

Every sacrament meeting that I'm able to attend and take the sacrament, which is why I go.

And I'm super grateful to go and take the sacrament.

I have noticed a lot recently that these young men who are serving and passing the

sacrament, the ones at the table blessing, but even those, or especially, I guess, I've

noticed the deacons as they circulate.
