| 1:12.7 | Americans, but he's framing it as we're doing them a favor. Everybody should be thrilled |
| 1:17.7 | that we're doing this to Medicaid. It's like saying we're going to help the hungry by taking |
| 1:22.3 | away their food stamps. How is that going to help anybody? Well, we're going to have a lot more |
| 1:27.1 | food floating around since they won't have food stamps |
| 1:30.5 | with which to get the food. |
| 1:31.8 | It makes no sense. |
| 1:33.0 | But that's essentially what they're doing. |
| 1:34.6 | And this is not a gaffe. |
