1:11.3	of programs, Republicans are also gutting Medicaid. We talked about it in detail when we went over
1:16.3	the substance of the bill. But when you ask them about it, of course, their initial reaction
1:21.4	is we're protecting Medicaid. We're not gutting Medicaid. We're protecting it by getting
1:26.7	rid of the things that aren't working, by getting rid of the
1:29.3	fraud, by getting rid of the abuse.
1:30.3	They say they're strengthening it and they say nobody is going to lose coverage as a result of what
1:37.3	we're doing.
1:38.3	If you do lose coverage, it's your fault.
