I look at something known as U6.

It is the number that economists all study because U6 takes into account people who are involuntarily part-time,

In other words, it takes the whole universe of living, breathing adults and takes that number

instead of the much more narrow official number of unemployment.

That number has come down, down, down, down to the point where it's pretty clear to me
