But no, like the new place. Where I was going here is the new place.

It has, like, this awesome outdoor area.

Like, you can sit out there and kind of watch University Drive, sip on your coffee, your cold brew, whatever you got.

The old one, like you said, I mean, it's got all this great little nooks and crannies

great for places people like me that want to go in there and write or study or do whatever.
