since the Knicks lost game six, 40 hours since the next season ended in Indiana, in the

Indianapolis, Indiana. And there is one thing that pops into my brain to describe not just game six,

not just this series against the Pacers, but this entire season as a whole.

I know there's a lot of mixed emotions on how one feels about this season.

But to me, it is very clear.

It was a blown opportunity. Everything about this season and this series was a blown opportunity. Go back to game six. It's only been 40 hours. You are down by four at halftime in which you had no business being in the game. You're down by four.

You're right there.

You got nothing out of Jalen Brunson.

You got nothing out of Carl Anthony Towns.

You're turning the basketball over like I'm running the point.

And yet you're down four.

And that's the next season as a whole.

Like despite all the issues they may have had in the regular season, you're the three-seat.

Despite all the issues you had against good teams, you beat the Celtics.

Despite all of that, you're sitting at an Eastern Conference finals where you're the favorite against the Indiana Pacers.

So as we sit here today, not just looking back at game

six, but looking back at the season as a whole, I define the 2025 New York Knicks this way.
