Game starts at noon. It's already on. If you're listening on the radio, we're in the middle

of watching it ourselves.

That's why we had to do what we had to do today.

Not ideal for the first day back after being on vacation in Mexico City,

but I am thrilled that I'm very excited that Florida State is in a position to be fighting for these games and to try to get an improbable two wins today.

I say improbable.

I mean, they're pretty much out of pitching.

It will be fascinating to see the combination of guys that they throw out there.

I do know, and I posted this on the boards earlier, if you're just tuning in, by now you already know who started.

But if you watch this right away, I'll just say, it's cool to know that your top guns, all of them wanted the ball. I don't know who will get it. I don't know how many innings, any of those guys will pitch. When I say your top guns, your weekend starters. one would assume that at some point, maybe if you get to a game two

this afternoon, that somebody's going to have to pitch in a way that you wouldn't ideally

have set up. You wouldn't have a situation where you would say, hey, I want to throw Mendez

or beard fresh off of the way they've already had to throw.

But at the same time, it's college baseball, and you see a lot of weird things in college baseball.

It's not set up like 162 game season with the pros, and it's not set up to be rotational

in the same way that it is an MLB where every role is clearly defined to the nth degree.
